The hotel feels very old and neglected, with a lot of mosquitoes, and the internet in room 104 doesn’t work. The front‑desk staff show no interest in helping you with your needs.

The bathroom was okay and having Netflix was a plus, but there was no hot water and that wasn’t mentioned from the start; Wi‑Fi was almost never good and didn’t reach my room even though they gave me a 5G network, so I had no internet on the TV; the nights were noisy with the next room’s snoring; the bed linens and pillowcases were poorly cleaned, the closet looked old and damaged, there was no headboard and the wall looked torn; the location was average, only an OXXO was nearby, but the block was unsafe.

I recommend them; the lady is very friendly. Everything was very good, and the service was excellent. There’s nothing bad to say about the hotel.
