The central location, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent breakfast are highlights. There are relatively minor but annoying issues: the light switches are hard to see, the doors are difficult to open, and there is no hanging hook in the room (not in the wardrobe).

Overall, the staff were great, especially Filipa on the breakfast duty team who was superb at ensuring everyone had what they needed and went above and beyond when we mentioned a vegetarian in the party. The service was fabulous. One of the restaurant recommendations we received was completely unsuitable and very expensive for what we needed.

The spot was perfect for sightseeing and grabbing a bite, but the AC was set at 5°C and the room was on a lower floor, just like the usual Booking experience.
