The hotel is pretty, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is very pleasant, ensuring you have everything you need and helping out. Note that I stayed at the Dumbrăveni center location. Receptionist, Mrs. Mădălina, was very kind, helped us move our reservation from the secondary hotel to the main one, ensured the room was clean, and spoke with the chef to arrange breakfast at the chosen time (room and breakfast were very satisfactory). The hotel has two locations, which is not mentioned on booking (1 km apart). We had a reservation at the secondary location near Dumbrăveni, but navigation led us to the center. Still, the staff was friendly, sent an employee to help with the transfer. Because we realized while waiting that the Dumbrăveni center is beautiful and we wanted to explore it, they were kind and moved our reservation to the central location, even though they had already prepared and warmed the rooms at the secondary. Recommendation: call the hotel for directions before you check in. Otherwise it was wonderful.

We arrived at the site on a motorcycle around 16:00. The administrator, Cosmina, proactively asked staff to prepare the pool so we could relax if we wanted that facility (the pool water was about 24‑25 °C). The restaurant is à la carte and serves all meals, with dinner even late. Getting to the site involves a 1 km gravel road with some stones and occasional gravel patches that cars of any type and off‑road motorcycles, enduro, and less so street bikes can navigate. I must note that this is a three‑star hotel/guesthouse that truly deserves it. It may not be for the fussy, but if you expect a three‑star experience it is more than decent. During our stay we also had breakfast included, a fabulous breakfast that could easily feed three‑four people. I have nothing but praise for the staff’s availability and friendliness. The house gave us two coffees and two mineral waters in two rows, and when we left we were driven by a cook to the asphalt without any extra charge.

An absolutely wonderful experience! Everything was superlative from arrival to departure: exemplary cleanliness and rare quiet. The host was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making us feel at home. In addition to excellent accommodation, a clean pool, and friendly staff, the prices were extremely good and fair for the quality of service (including the food, which was delicious and fresh). We will definitely return whenever we have the chance! Thank you for everything!
