How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The staff were comfortable and friendly. However, there was no TV, no bin, and it took a bit of a walk to reach North Town.

“Don’t understand the score on booking.com”

I didn't expect a 5‑star rating, but the hotel delivers great value. My single room was surprisingly spacious, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the TV worked with all the freeview channels and a functioning remote. There were plenty of hangers—more than the four I usually get elsewhere. I felt safe all night and stayed there on a Saturday. The young receptionist was very friendly and responded to my requests within minutes. The Wi‑Fi was excellent. Overall, it was 100% worth the price. The only thing I could note is that the outdoor area could use a bit of tidying, but it wasn't a big deal.

“It need closing down it's disgusting”

There was nothing positive to mention; the room was dirty, damp, and the bathroom was unusable. I didn't stay long—just left and went home.
