The hotel staff denied my booking, causing us a lot of trouble; the service was pathetic.

The experience was horrible because the property owner wouldn’t let us check in even after I called customer care, claiming the booking wasn’t confirmed.

The hotel rooms were in good order, but I must ask that you remove such defaulter hotels from your list. After a lot of escalation and chaos at midnight, I waited an hour outside the hotel before boarding was possible. The duty staff demanded five times the amount from me during boarding, and they also received a bribe of Rs. 500/- recorded on my mobile’s PhonePay account. Given these facts, I cannot give this hotel even a single star. – Sub Inspector Ram Chander, Police Station Moti Nagar, West District Delhi

Your services are very bad; I was cheated. The hotel claimed they never book rooms or services online and are not tied to this portal. In the end I realized this portal is a fraud.
