“Worst Place to book a room - not for families”

We pulled up at 11pm, and it was clear the place was a disaster. The whole area reeked of alcohol, with beer bottles scattered around, and the room itself smelled terrible. The bathroom was a mess, and the reception guy seemed completely unbothered by our presence - or our potential stay. It was honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and we ended up having to scramble to find a new room in the middle of the night with our family.

The location was great, but that's about it - the place wasn't very clean, the TV worked, but there were power cuts, which was pretty inconvenient.

We tried to check in, but they couldn't accommodate us - that's probably for the best, given what I've heard about this place.

This place was a total nightmare - the rooms were filthy, with dirty bed sheets and weird stuff everywhere. To make matters worse, there were no blankets, no water, and basically no service at all. It was hands down the worst experience of my life.

The hotel doesn't quite match the pictures, which was a bit disappointing. Honestly, I was expecting something different.
