“Visita a Porto”
Good location, free parking on Saturday and Sunday right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is good and especially the kindness of the person who welcomed us. The carpet in the room and on the stairs is a drawback.
The structure and the location, close to the centre but not too busy, are positives.
The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The location is close to the centre. The room had no window as promised, the bathroom window wouldn’t open, and the whole room smelled damp. Water leaked from the upstairs bathroom, the tiles in the entire bathroom were peeling, and we literally had to step over the toilet to reach the shower. The acoustics were absent; we suffered from the snoring of the neighbouring room and their departure at 5:30 am. The price is not justified given the condition of the rooms, their ageing, and that they are far from what the photos show.

The proximity to the city centre and the friendliness of the staff are positives. The room lacks a wardrobe.
Delicious breakfast and a washing machine are nice. The location is good – you can walk to the main attraction. A room for just one night – if you plan a longer stay, I would recommend another option. The AC wasn’t working properly, there weren’t even glasses in the bathroom to wash your teeth…
