Everything from the room to the hospitality, the pools, the beach, etc., was great. The buffet food wasn’t always good, and there were some hours during the day when it was lacking, and at night there was nothing to eat at all.

Super celotno osebje, nastanitev v sobi (čista, opremljena, vedno poln minibar, instant kava, in late, kuhalnik vode, dovolj skodelic in kozarcev, super balkon, vse za osebno higieno,…) . Zelo prijazno in nevsiljivo osebje ob bazenih, ki trži wellness (Khalid je super- masaže odlične) vodne športe, sveže smoothie, foto shooting, bari zelo lepo razporejeni z super barmani (hvala Mohamed). Rezek najin “hotel skrbik” zelo skrben, ustrežljiv. Super restavracije z zelo okusno hrano in zopet super osebjem (zelo všeč nama je bil Basilico, kjer naredijo svetovno super dober carpačo, Manzoko ( najboljši sushi), Manohar in Frida. Osebje v El Sol super 👌 , še posebaj Mustafa, Amar in vsi fanti in najbolj prijazen kuharski šef Hamed. Vsi vedno nasmejani, ustrežljivi, kjer sva se počitila kot doma, kot da smo družina. Vsi tobogani- top. Za mene malo pretrdo ležišče

The entire facility is very beautiful, all staff are friendly, sincere, helpful, and the reception manager Mr. Sultan cared for us in every way throughout our holiday; thanks to him. The meals are magnificent. For those considering staying in Hurghada, this is the right place, especially for families with children. Evening entertainment events are nice but could be better.
