“Great first time stay.”

The staff were very friendly, the dinner and breakfast were excellent, and it was fairly close to the motorway. I think the room we were given was one of their dog‑friendly rooms; next time we’d ask for a room that doesn’t allow dogs. It was very small but the bathroom was adequate.

The hotel’s location is great and the staff are friendly, but the TV is hard to navigate and the shower doesn’t get hot enough.

“Just beautiful. Minor issue but didnt spoil the experience.”

The check‑in was warmly welcomed, the room was beautifully furnished, well kept, and very clean, giving a cozy feel; the personal care items (soap, body wash, hair conditioner) and the immaculate linen were lovely, and breakfast was excellent with very professional service. However, the shower would turn on unexpectedly and both tap and shower had low water pressure; I couldn’t find a way to contact staff from my bedroom about this issue and had to get dressed and go downstairs to ask for help. Other than that, everything was excellent and I would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the evening meal and breakfast; the bed was comfortable, the furnishings were nice, and the pillows were great. Unfortunately, the TV didn’t work, which is a real shame because it could have been fixed easily, and the lamp next to the window was also broken.

“Lovely comfortable room at The Boot in Melbourne, with friendly and professional staff.”

The room was smart and very clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the breakfast was not included in my deal.
