It’s a quiet, nice place with a great location, and I really enjoy the host’s friendliness.

Everything about this place was simply perfect: Rose’s warm welcome, the peacefulness, the spotless rooms, and unlike many cheap homestays I’d stayed at, it never felt like a prison. The room was spacious, the water hot with good pressure, and overall very enjoyable. If you’re looking for a recommendation, close your eyes and book this homestay. Nothing to criticize.

The room is great, the owner is amazing and helpful, and the staff are very friendly. I’d recommend it and won’t hesitate to return next time in Sanur.

I posted a review on Google, then read someone’s comments and can’t quite see their point. The place isn’t dirty; it just has a lot of limescale because we’re in a dusty, humid environment. It’s wonderful, Rose the owner is lovely, her omelettes are great, and her maid Cardek is very helpful. They let me in well after midnight when my plane was delayed, and for the price it’s basic but clean, with Wi‑Fi, air‑con, and bottled water in the fridge‑freezer when you arrive. I even booked a few extra days because my travel plans changed. The only thing you have to accept is that you’re in a developing country; as a business coach I hinted to Rose that she’s selling too cheaply.
