Getting there was easy during our travel, and everything else was fine.

Everything was great: comfortable, clean sheets, and the whole place was spotless. The only issues were a hole in the bathroom wall behind the door and weak shower water pressure. Prices have risen from 53.00 to 73.00 per night, which feels a bit steep. I still appreciate the manager/owner—they’re very nice and sweet, always respectful to me, my husband, and my son. I love staying at the RedRoof Inn; it’s the best and cleanest motel in Texarkana. Have a blessed night. The hole, the low water pressure, and the higher price are the only negatives, but I’ll pay because I like the couple that runs it.

The room was clean, newly renovated, and offered great value, especially with no pet fee.

“Worth the price for one night.”

I appreciated the proximity to the freeway and the abundance of nearby gas stations, and the reception staff that evening were very friendly and helpful. However, the bed’s frame or platform was unclear and uncomfortable, and if you kicked it it sounded like a tin drum; the bathroom felt a bit dated but was clean, yet lacked basic toiletries such as hand soap and toothpaste. The microwave was rusty at the bottom and probably needs replacement. I also spotted a guest’s underwear hanging on a handrail down the stairs, suggesting someone might be living there, and there was fallen concrete under the stairs once you reached the ground level.
