Everything was terrible. The lady in the dressing gown needs to change careers. From the start it was unwelcoming. Her husband was nice, but she was not. She accused us of tampering with the coffee machine that already had issues the day before. We paid a €15 dog surcharge for a small dog and ended up in a tiny room with no space for the pup. The breakfast was shabby, like the view of the garden. We stayed two nights and had the same poor breakfast again, with leftovers from the previous day served in smaller trays. Everything was neglected. The air conditioner didn’t blow enough warm air and the corridors to the lower floor were freezing. Don’t book. They need to evolve or nothing will change. They must start spending money to provide a decent space for guests who pay well. The lady’s behavior is not buyable. Either she is friendly and helpful or she isn’t, and she wasn’t.
