The hosts were very nice, thanks again for everything. The room was very clean, comfortable, and packed with extras. We’ll definitely return.

The spa area was absolutely gorgeous, and the restaurant next door served some tasty dishes. I also loved the fun rain‑shower in the room – it felt like a mini‑spa. Honestly, everything was spot‑on, so I can’t think of any complaints.

This place feels like a family‑run inn where the owners put a lot of love and joy into everything. They took care of every request we had, and we’re already planning to come back.

The hotel has been freshly renovated and the staff are friendly, always ready to sort out any hiccups. The mountain village is welcoming, with a lively centre full of restaurants and cheap, tasty dinners, plus free ski‑lift passes and stunning trekking routes. Unfortunately, the room safe didn’t work on arrival, we got a new room but no help moving our luggage, the spa and gym were closed three days, one night the room wasn’t cleaned, and the front desk was rarely staffed.

Everything was perfect – Bianka, the owner, was super helpful, the wellness area was fantastic, and the restaurant dishes were delicious. If we get the chance, we’ll definitely return.
