“Ottimo. Niente da dire”

We booked a single night only, so we can’t comment on breakfast. Despite being almost on the seafront, the room was totally quiet. We parked right in front of the hotel and then rode bikes everywhere. The two owners were unbelievably kind, and the double room even had a third bed and plenty of space. The air‑conditioner was a bit noisy, but we turned it off to sleep because it wasn’t too hot. One of the two mattresses in the double bed was missing a couple of slats, but they were at the foot of the bed so it didn’t bother us much.

“Ottima esperienza”

The location is excellent, right across from the beach and close to the pedestrian zone. The room feels a bit tight for four people, and the wardrobe could use a few more shelves, but the service matches the price and the management is quick to respond to any request. Breakfast is varied and the kitchen food is great. The air‑conditioning should be adjustable; it’s a bit loud at night.

The location is fine. The third‑floor room had an elevator that only goes to the second floor, a VELUX skylight instead of a window, and a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains, which the owner questioned. I had to ask for a shower gel three times.
