The hotel's warm welcome from the start really made a great impression - the gentle staff member who helped me check in spoke English and was super friendly and helpful, even offering a free room upgrade. The room itself was spotless and had all the facilities I needed. I loved the location, close to plenty of Western restaurants like Chin Chin. However, the hotel restaurant doesn't open until quite late, after 7 pm, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was pretty clean, thanks to the awesome cleaning lady who definitely deserves a 10/10 rating! I also appreciated the laundry facilities on the 6th floor and the gym. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options - and I was impressed when the kitchen staff showed off his English skills. However, the Wi-Fi was a disaster, not working on my laptop at all, which made it tough to get some work done.
