How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with the younger staff being particularly helpful. The room was very comfortable, and although a noisy party closed off much of the restaurant, we were accommodated and had a good meal after a long travel day. The bar staff were very friendly and kept a friendly eye on us. No problems at all, nothing really.

The spot was great, value for money, free parking, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic. The building felt a bit tired, but we know a major refurbishment is planned for next year and we’re looking forward to revisiting once that’s finished.

The room was good‑sized, clean, and the parking was convenient. Breakfasts were good, the staff were friendly, and overall it offered good value.

The value for money was really good, and the rooms were large enough with comfortable beds and a decent shower. The pub stayed open until midnight, so it could get noisy around 12.15‑12.30 when people were leaving.
