The hotel is decent, clean, and well‑located with a rooftop where you can step out and sit at tables to pass the time; it's near attractions and restaurants. However, the terminal check‑in was confusing: I booked five rooms, each registered under different names, and something went wrong so I had to re‑register everything myself. The process is a bit unclear at first, but after the first attempt it works. Also, early check‑in before 2 pm is not allowed, and by 2 pm a decent queue forms, so you’ll have to wait because the registration takes about 15 minutes.

The location is good and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, there was no staff on site to check you in, and a long line of guests made the process slow because each person had to enter their own information.

The beds are comfortable and the location is great. Checking in was a bit complicated, but the video chat feature helped.

The room and service were both very good, but we had to wait about an hour to check in, which seemed to be an issue with the operation or the system.
