“E ok..mai putin partea cu patul”
The location was fine, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. I had a suite, but the lower bed creaked loudly; when I moved from one side to the other I woke the people sleeping upstairs. The rooms were somewhat dark.

I was disappointed because the place claims to be 4‑star but the rooms feel far below that standard: furniture is damaged, bathrooms are dirty and poorly maintained, carpets are filthy, there's no duvet—just a thin blanket—plastic cups on the sink, and the toilet paper and towels are very thin. It just isn’t comfortable for a 4‑star hotel, even though it’s close to the metro.

The staff were very helpful and the location right next to Milano Centrale was great. We had breakfast early, but some of the hot dishes weren't very warm.
