We were expecting a certain level of quality based on the hotel's ads, but what we got was a far cry from that. The room was nothing like the pictures, and it was a real letdown. We were really disappointed with the whole experience.

We were really looking forward to staying here, but things started off on the wrong foot. We asked about parking, but there was no info on availability, which was a bit frustrating. To make matters worse, we requested a room for three people, but the receptionist seemed to drop the ball on that one. In the end, we decided to cut our losses and leave.
