Espaço da piscina. Tenho ficado várias vezes neste hotel. A limpeza das carpetes era deficite. Cheiro a mofo no chão. Os pedidos que fizemos de ajustes no quarto só aconteceram depois de muita insistência

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are nice, the pool is great, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Minor things: not all staff were well trained, service at the pool started rather late in the day, they charge extra for room service (a No‑Go for a Grand Hotel), availability for dining was weirdly limited, we found the food options at the pool to be unnecessarily particular – no club sandwich and french fries??? – we weren’t able to charge to the room. Even though we had provided a credit card on Check‑In we were repeatedly told that we had “no credit”. Prices overall are a little steep.
