We stayed here for four nights and felt very comfortable. The room was clean and smelled great upon arrival. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good and varied, changing each day. They offer laundry service. The owner was very kind and flexible, letting us stay an extra night without issue. The location is excellent.

The place is in a fantastic spot on Arugam Bay’s main street. The bed only had a thin sheet, and the air conditioner positioned directly over the bed made us feel too cold; when it was off, it was too hot. There was no hot water, hand soap, hand towel, or bath mat.

The manager was friendly, but the rooms were rundown and the overall vibe of the place was grubby.

The landlord was very nice and accommodating (a stained towel was swapped out immediately, and we were allowed to stay longer). The breakfast was excellent, especially the pancakes and fresh fruit juices. The location is right on the main street with many eateries and shops, yet it’s quiet at night, and the beach is only three minutes away. Thank you very much; we enjoyed it!
