セントロに近く、便利なエリア. 朝、シャワーでお湯が出なかった。朝、それをスタッフに伝えて、分かった、直しておく、と言っていたのに、３時頃戻ってきたら、シャワー修理はもちろん、まだ掃除もしておらず、掃除は４時に担当のセニョールが来るまでできないと言われた。その後、掃除はしてくれたが、やはりシャワーは直っておらず、何度も言ってやっとちゃんとシャワーが浴びられた。最初、よさそうな雰囲気、と喜んだだけに、がっかりが大きい。初日のスタッフはいい人だったのに、2日目の人たちは残念な人たちばかりだった。

The hotel is very well located and the rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and the parking is small but fits two small vehicles. The vanity light in the bathroom didn't work and there was no other mirror in the room. The cleaning staff forgot to leave a trash can in the room. The restaurant service was terrible; we only had two tables with six people each and it took more than an hour to get food, plus all the dishes were cold and tasted bad. The person at reception was also acting as waiter, cook, and parking attendant, so obviously he didn't have time for everything. The television in the room never worked because it wasn't connected to the hotel Wi‑Fi.

The restaurant was fine. The service was awful; they had been waiting a week to issue my bill.
