How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The room was huge with an amazing view—one of the best I've seen in Vietnam—and it was clean and spacious. The beach is about 2.4 km away and a 30‑minute walk, but just two streets ahead there’s a large supermarket where you can find everything.

Nothing good. The staff were extremely impolite, and the place was shabby and rude.

If you have a few days to spend in Ha Long Bay, staying on this side is ideal because the limestone formations are right in front of you. The hotel has a huge boardwalk, and cafés and restaurants are nearby. People who only do a day tour from Hanoi miss out because the bus doesn’t go to this part of the city, and walking around you’ll see massive limestone structures with boardwalks around them. Stay longer if you can.
