The hotel is good and very close to the beach with nice staff, though there were a lot of ants in the washrooms; otherwise everything is fine.

The staff went above and beyond to keep us relaxed and welcoming, the food and service were amazing, and they involved us in the Holi celebrations, which was lovely; the proximity to shops, the beach, and the pool was fantastic. They resolved the small shower issue immediately and accommodated our last‑minute request to extend our stay without complaint. We enjoyed an amazing 10 days in our balcony room.

I was initially drawn to this hotel's beautiful bungalows and long, scenic grounds. However, my stay was marred by the excessive staff presence, who seemed to be lounging around rather than attending to their duties. Furthermore, I was appalled by the Indian guests who swam in the pool wearing their clothes. Overall, I was disappointed with the hotel's lack of attention to detail and poor guest etiquette.

I was quite pleased with the spacious room, which was very comfortable. However, the hotel's location was not what I had envisioned - it's situated right next to a busy car park, which creates a bit of a barrier between the hotel and the beach. Considering the price, I felt it wasn't the best value for money I've experienced in Goa.
