The jacuzzi setup and overall cleanliness were great. The staff kept calling to confirm check‑in times—three calls in one day. Two of those were because I didn’t arrive at the scheduled time, but they still said I could only check in after 20:30, and the calls were annoying. If I arrived early and the room wasn’t ready, that would have been awkward too. I’d already booked a later check‑in, and after the first confirmation I was told I could check in at 21:30, but then I had to move my dinner to 22:30 and they still called me on time. I was at the door and said, “I’m here 😑.”
