“فندق بستحق التجربه”

I had a fantastic experience at the host hotel in Cairo; it turned out better than I expected. The hotel boasts an excellent location on Champs‑Élysées, close to many key spots, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and tidy. Every employee behaved with great respect and courtesy, and the staff’s care for guests throughout the stay was impressive. Honestly, the hotel deserves praise, and if I return to Cairo, it will definitely be my first choice. I strongly recommend it.

“Good central location, but the breakfast could be improved.”

The location was great, right in the city center, but we weren't satisfied with the breakfast.

Everyone on the staff was pleasant. Because I arrived late at night, I slept in until midday and requested a room cleaning, but when I came back the room had not been cleaned. No staff were visible on the floor, so I went to the linen room and only managed to get towels.

“لن تكون زيارتي الاخيره”

First, we were welcomed warmly, especially by employee Shadi who explained all the details about the rooms and breakfast timing. Second, the location and quietness of the place, along with its beautiful colors, were great. Third, the hotel was clean, the rooms spacious, the furniture new, and the bathrooms spotless. Fourth, the breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were always smiling, cheerful, and ready to fulfill requests. Fifth, I want to thank the reception manager Zaki, reception staff Shadi, reception staff Nagham, reception staff Heba, cleaning manager Ahmed, and all who provided such cooperation, service, and hospitality.
