Nothing good. The staff were rude, the room was locked, they took the key while I was outside, and they changed my booking from the website.

Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi was a fantastic choice. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city's main areas, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. There are plenty of food options, from the restaurants to room service, so there's always something good to eat. The amenities are well kept and made the stay comfortable and relaxing. A special shoutout goes to Teddy and Rajen at the Club Lounge on the 35th floor and Mehdi in the Urban Restaurant in the lobby. They were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make my experience truly wonderful. It's staff like them who turn a good stay into a memorable one. My only small complaint was the pillows. They were very fluffy, and I prefer firmer ones. It would be great if guests could choose from a pillow menu. Otherwise, I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.
