Nothing positive. They forced us to cancel our room and move to another resort.

Nothing positive. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The hotel was dirty; the bathroom looked old and unhygienic. Some of the shelves and racks in the bathroom were broken, the toilets were old and broken, and the tap on the wash basin was broken. When we asked to change rooms, they said every room had some issue and the one we had was their best room. Don’t ever book. Also, people were not cooperative when we contacted customer care. Worst experience. Book via treebo or airbnb.
