I stayed in a beautiful and elegant haveli in the old part of the city; I recommend the room with an adjoining bathroom for added convenience, and the staff were very kind.
The atmosphere felt very family‑like in a charming house, and the location was good; the haveli was easy to find despite the owners’ concerns. The staff were incredibly nice, but they didn’t always feel like cooking—breakfast could be very good, while dinner was disappointing.
