I liked how close the hotel was to the river. The price was high, and I was charged $75 for my small dog. Also, there weren’t enough lights in the room.

The bedding and the hotel itself were new and clean. I usually write positive reviews, but this time I can’t. How could the hotel designers think that installing air‑conditioning units under the bedroom windows would be a good idea? It was awful… fortunately, it stopped during the night. The bathroom tiles were broken and patched, not up to the standard. Breakfast: you arrive in the hall, everything is set up for a buffet but it isn’t one; you have to order at the table and it takes a long time. The reception staff were very rough.

The spot on the Riverwalk is spot on, the breakfast is amazing, I slept great, and the rooms are perfect for board or leadership meetings.

We loved the room’s size, balcony, and pretty river view, but we had to pay for breakfast.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of made‑to‑order items, the room and beds were comfy, the view and patio were lovely, and everyone from the breakfast server to front desk and housekeeping was very friendly; a folding luggage rack for a second suitcase would have been nice.
