The place is welcoming and the room is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The owner is very kind and attentive to guests’ needs. We really appreciated the fresh, homemade products for breakfast.

The owner was very loving and attentive. The rooms were lovingly decorated and very clean. The breakfast was good, it was modest but still had everything. Our room faced the street, so at certain times it was a bit noisy. The B&B is suitable for a short stay; we can’t imagine spending the whole vacation there, but that’s just our personal view. The traffic on the street made it quite loud at times, which is a bit of a disappointment for a holiday.

“Come in una favola”

The cleanliness was impeccable, and all the comforts were there: fridge, kettle, needle and thread kit, and a hairbrush for clothes. The welcome kit was very appreciated. The room was spacious, well‑kept, and cozy. The breakfast was excellent, homemade and varied—truly wonderful! The pool was the cherry on top!

A great spot for a one‑ or two‑night stopover while traveling. We visited Bologna and the train connection was perfect. It was also nice for the kids that there was a swimming pool. We booked two rooms, but I would have preferred them next to or opposite each other; instead, we got the two extremes. The host speaks only Italian, so communication was a bit tougher.

“Excellent stay when in the area”

The host Stefania was fantastic and super welcoming, but the bed was a bit small.
