The location was very convenient (right in the city centre) with plenty of shops and restaurants, and the apartment was spacious. From time to time, there was some noise from other guests staying in the apartment, although this is understandable and not something within the owner’s control.
We hit the worst part of our holiday right away: no clear directions to the guesthouse, the address was wrong so we had to Google until a bar staff pointed us to it, and the door was locked after climbing the stairs. Calling the provided number got no answer, and support didn’t reply. It was +37°C outside, we sweated, and after giving up we slept in the car, losing over €300. Halfway back to the parking lot we got a WhatsApp message—though I don’t use WhatsApp—finally with instructions and no apology. The place is unbearably loud, deliveries start early, no soundproofing, no hot water, the shower drain is broken, water pools on the floor, the bathroom is too hot, there’s no fridge, and the AC is noisy. Nothing good; we won’t stay here again.
The place is very central and the host is available, but the room isn’t quiet enough.
The spot’s close to the city center and the rooms stay clean enough, but the AC drain keeps the room noisy, and the street light at night is a bit intrusive because the view from the room isn’t well hidden.
“Bene ma non benissimo!”
The location is central and surrounded by shops and bars, but the room was too small for us: two adults and two kids (5 and 2) shared a standard double and a single bed, so we felt cramped. The bathroom was also tight. We had a stroller that we had to carry up three more flights of stairs because the elevator didn’t reach our floor.
