“Grade A Homeless Shelter”

Laminate floors were better than the carpet would have been. The room smelled; I don’t think the AC filters or the pillows were clean. Both my son and I were congested during the night and the next day. The towels seemed 20 years old. The shower curtain smelled like mildew and had a big stain, and the blanket had stains. The entry door was poorly painted and the remodel was below average, which is what was advertised. This place was one step up from a homeless shelter with several broken down cars in the lot as an added bonus. I was lucky not to leave with bed bugs.

“Should’ve just spent the extra dollar somewhere else”

It was in a convenient area. The pull‑in driveway had massive potholes. Outside the hotel was dirty and unkept. The room was the same: no TV, windows that looked like they might fall if you touched them. At 12 am there were disrespectful people yelling and talking so loudly outside that I couldn’t rest. Plumbing was a nightmare. The only door you could use to get back in was the main entrance; there were no other entrances. Even the microwave in the main lobby was probably one of the first microwaves ever made.

“Less than satisfactory experience”

The lady at the desk during checkout was great. The guy at check‑in was borderline rude, the A/C didn’t work in the first room so we switched to another room with a different bed layout—got a king instead of a double. Asked the clerk about a rate adjustment, he just glared and said the rate was the same. The room wasn’t truly clean.

The value matched the money spent. The carpet smelled and the bed sheets were stained.

The gentleman at the front desk was fantastic, we shared a good laugh, but the beds feel a bit small.
