“Disgusting, noisy and ick factor - bottom-line sleeping at airport would have been more comfortable.”

I chose the wrong hotel near PHX airport, and I was very disappointed because I couldn't sleep all night due to noises from rooms above—squeaky floors and a loud TV at 1am—so I ended up not sleeping at all. It was a waste of money; I paid for a queen bed but received a full size, missing furniture, and the laminate pieces were chipped and peeling. The bathroom had dirty floors.

I liked how bright and clean the property was, and I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

Distance from airport. Floors were super dirty I can see hair from someone else the ice machine was broken and my non smoking room smelled like cigarettes
