I spotted the hotel right by the river Kong, but there was no luggage drop‑off, no staff to help, and no elevator—so I had to climb stairs to the third floor. The towel smelled, the bathroom had a bad odor, and after showering the water dripped onto the floor outside the bath area. The price felt too high for the low standard, and I saw an elderly guest struggling up and down the stairs.

The place is gorgeous by the Mekong and close to restaurants, cafés, and shops. The hotel’s own restaurant serves delicious food, and the Vera café offers excellent coffee.

The rooms are spacious and the location is good, but there’s a lot of wet noise—expected given the proximity to Survanabhumi Airport.

The setting is lovely with a view of the Mekong, but the Wi‑Fi is poor.
