“Habitación baja calidad para un entorno tan hermoso”

The room’s location is excellent, just a 1‑minute walk from the "Re Di Roma" metro station, so getting around all the tourist spots was quick and simple. However, there are many low points in the room and the services provided: 1. The room is old and quite hot; the only fan offered little help. The antique furniture is in terrible condition, and the wallpaper has tears on some walls. 2. The shared bathrooms were in pretty bad condition: Bathroom one had a shower door without a door (they installed a shower curtain), leaving many parts of the bathroom floor wet, slippery, and very dangerous. The second bathroom had a broken lock, so we had to leave a note on the door to prevent strangers from entering (I’ll show the photos later). 3. I requested the lock be repaired and was told they would do it Asap… I’m still waiting for the repair. 4. All the doors creaked a lot when opening or closing.

The hotel’s location is good. Very noisy. On the first day, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock with a key.
