Hi, I did not check in to the property, the condition was very pathetic like a third rate & I have requested for an alternate accommodation to the FAB Hotels call center, they did not help & I was stranded with family in the middle of the road at 10pm. had to book for an alternate accommodation. I am going to raise refund for the booking. there was a delay in refund request due to my official travel & work load. Hope Booking dot com will help to address my request

I'm still fuming about my recent experience at this hotel. The location was great, but that's where the positives ended. The real issue was the complete lack of integration between the hotel and the booking platform I used. I paid for my stay, but when I arrived, they had no record of my booking and refused to refund my money. The staff seemed unconcerned and unhelpful, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.
