Very good location, right on the beach promenade and close to the pier and the center of Zinnowitz. Very good, abundant breakfast, friendly staff. The room is on the second floor, no elevator, less suitable for seniors. The overall furnishings are somewhat dated, e.g. worn and spotted floor coverings, though kept clean. The Wi‑Fi connection is very bad.

Hotel clean, quiet, good location, cozy, staff friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a nicely renovated older building; a lift would be optimal. In the breakfast area (which was excellent) there should be toilets (unfortunately only on the rooms).

Top location, right on the beach promenade, nice apartment, plenty of space. Friendly staff. The TV is too small for the room size. The bathroom has too few shelves and hooks. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not good; they were too dry in consistency.

Everything was simply perfect! The building itself is absolutely stunning. The only downside was that the stairwell was a bit dirty, with stains on the carpet, and it’s unfortunate that there’s no elevator.
