Nothing! The rooms are way too expensive—scam! Everything is dirty, the rooms are too small, and the bathroom is too small.

The place is great because of the location, but it can get a bit dirty at times.

They don’t do a night check‑in for arrivals.

The spot’s in a good area, and it’s great that they keep the entrance street clean from homeless. The bathrooms, however, need more upkeep. In some, the shower curtains look neglected and have probably gone a long time without proper cleaning. Constant moisture exposure can lead to mold if not cleaned regularly, so better maintenance and timely replacements are needed.
