The hotel’s location near the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) was super convenient, letting us rest between our visits. Mr. Gabri and Mr. Mohaned were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and they offered a free shuttle pickup from the airport. The only downside was that some parts were still undergoing renovation and upgrades.

We never got to see the room because when we arrived at the front door, they immediately told us that there was an issue in the room. He had my phone days ago and never informed me about the change.

Da amabilidade do pessoal. Estive 1 hora para fazer o check in, e depois me enviaram para outro hotel em frente. Tinha reservado uma habitação com vista às pirâmides. Acabei numa habitação com vista a uma pared
