Modern Retreat in Pretoria with Lagoon Pool & Gym

“I would say make sure there's toilet paper on toilet just for standard And coffee and tea”

The room was great and secure 🙌, but the boring was electric and thing for tea just to welcome and there was no toilet paper on toilets

Everything was per, no negatives.

The room wasn't ready and the staff don't prioritize customers.

“Satisfactory”

Even though it's an Eastate, there was quite a lot of privacy which I enjoyed; the apartment is well maintained and clean; the staff was friendly and helpful to a certain extent; it's safe and very secure. I have to mention the two gentlemen—Sam and * I forgot the other gentleman's name—who were really helpful and did their best to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thank you, gents. I had to download an app to generate access codes to move around the facilities, which ended up not even working; from the 1st day until the last day I had no access to the gym and Lagoon pool area. Eventually when I was given access to the pool area I discovered that the pool itself is not user friendly—it doesn't even look like the pictures advertised—and I really hated having to ask for access codes to just move around in a place that currently 'resides' in.
