Very ugly. The shower tap looked damaged, the bathroom and cabinets were grimy, the apartment urgently needs renovation. Poor reception service and breakfast, they said the flat has nothing to do with Mercure Hotel. The apartment was filthy, full of dust and mites that kept me from showering because the tap looked broken.

Breakfast was good, reception staff very friendly, the lobby nice, the hallway on the floor pretty, nice to have a pool and workout area, liked the shower. The room is very old, only the TV and air‑conditioning work, the room smells bad, wardrobe needs replacement, wire hangers, fridge freezer full, old curtains, careless blankets, dirty duvet cover, the suede sofa is unappealing, the structure is precarious, looks like a beach house rental.

Breakfast was excellent, rooms and common areas were clean, location great near Paulista Avenue, the Theatre Oficina, shopping centers. The leisure facilities (gym, sauna, pool) were decent, though I didn’t use them because of my trip’s purpose. The service was very courteous from the whole team. The linen was a bit “tattered”, but nothing that hurt comfort. Only one face towel was provided when usually two are placed, and the bedspread had loose edges. The apartment is quite complete, even has a washing machine, a nice feature for longer stays.

Good size, good location, decent floor, good pool, but they took a long time to heat it. The room had dust, old cabinets, bad smell, I chose the room that included breakfast, the more expensive one, yet I was charged for breakfast, which I found absurd and I want part of the money back.

The apartment was huge, spotless, and impeccably organized, making the stay incredibly comfortable and fully meeting my expectations. The only downside was having to rely on the valet to access the car.
