I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Despite booking my rooms well in advance, I was told at 11 pm that they hadn't received my confirmation and were unable to accommodate me. This left my family and me scrambling to find alternative accommodations at an ungodly hour. The lack of communication and planning was truly unacceptable.
