Finding the place was easy and it’s pretty central.

The location lets you walk to the seafront in five minutes and to Newquay’s centre in twenty minutes. The triple room was clean, but it was in an annex of the house, tiny for three people and with a similarly small bathroom; it’s hard to enter because a car is always parked in front of the entrance; there’s only one window. This room doesn’t appear in the photos posted on Booking. It’s acceptable if it’s clean, but it should cost far less than 180 £ a night.

Everything was great, especially the breakfast, and there was nothing we didn’t like.

Sarah is absolutely amazing! This wasn’t our first stay and we won't go anywhere else. She is so warm, welcoming, and always smiling. The hotel is beautifully clean and has a lovely "home" atmosphere. Sarah is also incredibly trustworthy; we accidentally left our tablet and books in a drawer, and she went through all the hassle of posting them back to us. We love her, we love the animals, and we will definitely be back!
