I had a pleasant experience at this hotel, with its convenient location making it easy to access nearby attractions. The room was well-appointed and clean, providing a comfortable place to rest. However, I did notice that the hotel's cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom area. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would consider returning in the future.

“Price is not all-inclusive”

I was initially drawn to this hotel's prime location near Future Park, but unfortunately, it failed to meet my expectations in several key areas. The lack of extra pillows on my first night resulted in a poor night's sleep, and to make matters worse, I was told that I'd have to wait until the next day to request one. However, when I did get an extra pillow, I was shocked to learn that I'd have to pay extra for it.

I was pleased to find that the hotel was not far from Future Park, which made it a convenient choice for my stay. The room itself was nice, but I did notice that the air conditioning had a lot of dust accumulated, which was a bit of a concern. On the other hand, the staff were friendly and courteous, and the bathroom was well-designed with a clear separation between the wet and dry areas.
