The hotel sits on the Asian side of the city, just a 3‑minute walk from the rapid‑train station. The male staff are very polite and helpful. I recommend it for anyone wanting to experience a less touristy, more traditional side of Istanbul.

The staff and location were interesting, but the nearest centre or train/metro station was only in the immediate neighbourhood, which was unremarkable and had few shops, though nothing serious. The facilities were weak: the bathroom was mediocre, the shower cubicle was ugly, the hair dryer was very weak to unusable, the small “dumb” TV lacked Netflix and other platforms. The king‑size bed (about 150 × 180 cm) was quite small, and our room had a window with a wall view because we chose one of the cheaper variants, so I believe the hotel offers better options. Given the price, nothing was serious and overall we were satisfied.

The high‑speed train station and metrobus are a 15‑minute walk away. The rooms are nice and cozy, and the check‑in and check‑out were smooth. Noise from other rooms—probably due to thin walls—was an issue. The hotel’s location felt safe but a bit quiet at night, so solo female guests should be cautious.
