“Bello, può migliorare!”
The hotel was very elegant with friendly staff, but when we arrived some areas were still under construction; once finished it will definitely be a luxury hotel.

The room was stunning, the staff were extremely friendly, and the pool was a great addition.

The building was impressive and the room was lovely—an upgrade was offered, which felt like a nice bonus. The staff were helpful and kind, going the extra mile in ways that really stood out. The hotel sits just outside the busy fort area, so you can see the fort at night, and it’s easy to get an auto there for a reasonable price (ask for Musa, their driver!). They also have a large pool that looked refreshing, though I didn’t get a chance to try it, and I had a good lunch at the rooftop restaurant. Cleaning could use a bit more attention on small details like the room fridge and mugs, but that didn’t affect my stay too much.

The location is unbeatable, with a clear view of the Jaisalmer fort from the room. The staff were very polite and supportive, and the hotel is well connected to all the tourist spots, the airport, and the train station.
