How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
When I arrived, parking right outside the front door cost 5 euros, but I only had 10. I handed the hotel 10 euros, and they gave 5 euros to the parking attendant and 5 euros to an old man, with no refund. Later I was told I should tip that old man I’d meet later. The street was full of teenagers and there was a lot of noise until 3 am. There are orange trees in front of the door that they’re trying to remove.

The welcome was great; the staff were ready and available immediately. The shower could use a renovation, and a kettle in the room would be a nice addition.

A good hotel on the outskirts of Medina with a separate entrance to the old town. Friendly staff. Two independent rooms and efficient air‑conditioning. Breakfast was offered by a restaurant next to the hotel and wasn’t very tasty, and the restaurant itself was unpleasant. At night, street noises were loud.

The reception and the property itself are fine. A breakfast was included in the reservation, but the reception told me it wasn’t available… and there was no compensation! It’s not very fair to advertise a service that isn’t offered.
