The location is good. The kitchen was very poorly equipped and basic items like a fridge, cutlery, glasses, soap, and a trash can were missing. The air conditioning couldn’t be used because there was no remote, and both the room and the bathroom had a strong damp and sewage smell.

The family were very kind and welcoming, the rooms were super comfy and we especially loved the balcony, and the spot is amazing—just a few minutes’ walk from what felt like the best part of Mirissa Beach.

A very good value for Mirissa, right next to the beach, clean, with a fan so it’s fine for the night temperature.

SUPER!😍🌴 Beautiful and comfortable accommodation in a great spot near the sea🌊, a shop, and a bus stop! We used a room with air‑conditioning, it was clean and had a gorgeous terrace. The bathroom was clean. Early in the morning you can hear monkeys on the roof jumping for mangoes!🥭 🙈 And if you’re lucky, you’ll see them! It’s a dream.🥹 We mainly used the place for the kitchen, which was adequate. First time we found sorted bins at the accommodation! Super! We would appreciate better equipment and cleanliness—old sponges on the dishes, the fridge wasn’t very clean. That’s something that can be improved!🙏🏼🤩
