“Trên mô tả có máy giặt và bồn tắm nhưng ko có. Phòng khá sạch, view đẹp, có bàn ngồi ngoài ban công.”

I liked the free bar here. In the morning we sat at the bar and chilled, which was fun. The sink water drained slowly. The staff seemed unprofessional. I didn't read clearly that booking would charge a city fee, and when I asked, the staff mentioned a commission fee that didn't satisfy me. Other than that, everything was fine.

Friendly staff and unlimited coffee, tea and lemonade in the minibar were great, but the hotel is far from the city centre, so we had to use Grab to get around.

“Pulizia impeccabile”

The kindness and helpfulness of Dinh Van and the cleanliness of Trinh stood out, and the beds were super comfortable—definitely the cleanest hotel we’ve seen in Vietnam, keep up the high standard. The location is a bit off‑center, but a scooter solves all the problems 🙂
